Personal Narrative Practice

Personal Narrative storytelling offers us an opportunity to meditate and observe what is happening beneath the layer of thoughts that are the habitual patterns at play much of the time.

Join us for a personal contemplative experience, where Tanya Davis, a member of our community will enable us to participate in a writing exercise (she promises they will not be long).

Bear witness to your thoughts as well as the thoughts of others. It is a remarkable unfolding that allows for us all to practice truly listening.

This is particularly remarkable to observe, following a yoga practice, which we hope you join us for at 9:30am.
