Having been very active my whole life (running, barre workouts, group strength training), I have found yoga as the one exercise where I have felt muscle fatigue and endorphin releases while experiencing a deep, spiritual connection with myself. While I enjoy the physical benefits of yoga, it is the deep calm and balance that I experience during my practice that keeps me coming back.

There are alot of yoga teacher programs out there, but Jeannine’s teaching style is the one I feel most connected with. She uses words like “patience, grace and kindness” throughout her teaching of classes as well as training. She embodies all those things and as a busy mother of three children, I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate the flexible nature of this training program.
